Check your Camera settings on Chrome

1. Open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More, go to Settings (or hold down command and , on your keyboard)
3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
4. Click Camera or Microphone. Toggle Ask before accessing on. To remove an existing exception or permission, to the right of the site, click Delete.

Check your Settings on your mobile device:

Microphone: On your phone, go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone. Find the Solv app and toggle the switch to the right. The switch turns green when the mic is enabled for an app.

Camera: On your phone, go to Settings > Privacy > Camera. Find the Solv app and toggle the switch to the right. The switch turns green when the camera is enabled for an app.
