My last name isn't being recognized, what should I do?

Every time you log-in, we will ask for last name verification to authenticate your account.

If you are unable to login because the system doesn't recognize your last name,

  1. Confirm that the phone number you entered is correct and the one you booked with.

  2. Confirm that you didn't add any spaces to the beginning, middle or end of your last name when typing it in.

  3. Confirm which last name is being asked for (yours or a family members on the account) and make sure you are typing in that name.

  4. Reach out to [email protected] if you are still unable to log in so that we can check everything is spelled correctly on our end.
